Eligibility Criteria for Vidyut Sahayak/ Junior Assistant Post
Educational Qualification:
- Vidyut Sahayak (JE) – Civil: Full-time B.E.(Civil)/ B.Tech.(Civil) in regular mode from recognized University duly approved by UGC/AICTE with a minimum of 55% in a final year without ATKT.
- Vidyut Sahayak (JE) – Electrical: Full time B.E.(Electrical)/ B.Tech.(Electrical) in regular mode from recognized University duly approved by UGC/AICTE with a minimum of 55% in a final year without ATKT.
Age Limit:
- For Unreserved Category: 35 years
- For Reserved Category: 40 years

UGVCL Vidyut Sahayak Bharti 2019 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Full-time B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.C.A. and B.B.A. in regular mode from recognized University duly approved by UGC with a minimum of 55% in the final year.
Required skill
- The candidate should possess knowledge of Computer Operations.
- Good command of English and Gujarati Language.
Age Limit
- For Unreserved Category: 30 years
- For Reserved Category (Inclusive EWS): 35 years on the date of advertisement (26/12/2019)
Relaxation in upper age limit to other categories shall be given as under
- Female Candidate: 05 Years
- A person with Disability candidate: 10 Years
- Ex. Armed force Personnel: 10 Years
- Dependent on Retired Employee of UGVCL: Up to the age of 40 years
