The admit card of CTET 2021 has been released on January 13 by CBSE, on the official website i.e. ctet.nic.in. Candidates can download Admit Card from the download link provided below. They need to login by entering their Application No and password to download Hall Ticket.

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is scheduled to be conducted on January 31, 2021. CTET Admit Card will have all the details like Exam Date, Exam Centre, Timings, Personal Information, and more. So candidates must download the admit card and produce the print-out version of it while attending the exam.

How to download CTET 2021 Admit Card?

Follow the steps as under for admit card download:

  • Visit the official website i.e. ctet.nic.in.
  • Click on “Download Admit Card“.
  • Enter the required details like “Application No“, “Date of Birht“, and “Security Pin.
  • Click on the “Submit” button.
  • Your Admit Card will appear on the screen.
  • Download and save it for further use.

CTET 2020 Application Form now available from January 24, 2020 at ctet.nic.in. Central Teaching Eligibility Test is a national level examination conducted to certify the eligibility of candidates to be appointed as teachers at Primary and Upper Primary levels. It is conducted twice a year in July and December. CTET July 2020 Exam will be held on July 5, 2020. Interested Candidates may check the Notification details from our website.

Age Limit

There is no age limit to apply the CTET Examination in Central Board of Secondary Education.

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

“Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)”

“(a) who has acquired the qualification or Bachelor of Education from any NCTE recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to V provided the person so appointed as a teacher shall mandatory undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE, within two year of such appointment as primary teacher”.

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

OR

Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

OR

Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. Programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Moreover, as per the existing TET guidelines circulated vide NCTE letter dated 11-02-2011, a person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE Notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also qualified to appear in the TET/CTET.

The Central Board of Secondary Education will be released the admit card before 7 days of examination. Admit card will be released via online mode. It means candidates will have to download the Admit Card through the official website. For downloading the admit card, applicants have to enter their password and registration number and password.

CTET Result 2019

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare result after 1 or 2 months of examination. The result of the exam 2019 notifies exam marks and the status of qualifying the exam. CBSE declared result at www.ctet.nic.in. The Result can be checked online by entering login credentials such as the roll number issued by CBSE at the time of form fill up and admit card download.


CTET 2018 Public Notice has been released on 29th May 2019. The Central Board of Secondary Education will be conducting the 11th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 16/09/2018 (Sunday). The test will be conducted in 92 cities all over the country. CTET 2018 Online Application

The online application process will start from 22/06/2018 (Friday) onwards. The aspiring candidates have to apply online only through website www.ctet.nic.in. The last date for submitting an online application is 19/07/2018 (Thursday) and the fee can be paid up to 21-07-2018 (Saturday) before 3.30.p.m.
