MYSY Full Name is Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana. The MYSY Scholarship provides financial assistance to bright and needy students. This scholarship is eligible for students who get 80 or more percentile in Std. 10 and 12 examinations from a recognised board in the state of Gujarat. Students have to apply online to get the scholarship. Students will have to register and fill up the online form at mysy.guj.nic.in. Before registering online, read all the given details and then register.

Latest – The last date for online application and verification at the help center for Academic Year 2020-21 is extended till 28th February 2021.

MYSY Documents List for Fresh Application 2020-21

Students have to upload some required documents to make a fresh application. Here is a list of documents required for a fresh application. Keep the following documents on hand before a fresh application so that there is no inconvenience in filling the form.

  •  Aadhaar card (Self-certified)
  •  Std-10 or Std-12 Mark Sheet (Self-certified)
  • Degree / Diploma Admission Letter (Self-certified)
  • All receipts for payment of tuition fees (Self-certified)
  • Self-declaration (Original Copy)
  • Certificate of income (Mamlatdar and TDO) – Self-certified
  • Certificate of the principal of the institute on letter pad (Original Copy)
  • Hostel admission and meal receipt (Self-certified)
  • Copy of the first page of passbook of savings account in the bank (Self-certified)
  • income tax return or Self-declaration of not eligible for income tax (Self-certified)

MYSY Documents List for Renewal Application 2020-21

Students will also have to fill up an online form to renew the scholarship. Students have to prepare the following documents for a renewal application. So that renewal application will be easy to do.

  • Aadhaar card (Self-certified)
  • Certificate for Scholarship Renewal from the Head of the Institute (Original Copy)
  • Marksheet of higher studies (Self-certified)
  • All receipts for payment of fees (Self-certified)
  • Hostel admission and meal receipt (Self-certified)
  • Copy of the first page of passbook of savings account in the bank (Self-certified)
  • income tax return or Self-declaration of not eligible for income tax (Self-certified)

MYSY Help Centres

278 help centers have been started in the state for the implementation of this scheme. Students will have to go to the nearest help center related to their course and get the verification of the original documents. After verification, the application form and a set of documents should be submitted to the help center. The receipt should be obtained by submitting the application at the help center. Document verification and submission must be completed within fifteen days of application.

Procedure to Apply for MYSY Scholarship Fresh Application

  • First of all, go to the official website
  • You may have come across the home page of the portal
  • On the homepage, you are required to click on login/register for 2020-21 –> Fresh Application
  • If you are already registered, enter your details and if you want to get a new registration click on if you have not registered plz click for registration
  • Then fill in your information in the form that opens and click on Get Password
  • After that registration form will open before you
  • You have to enter all the required details in this registration form
  • Upload the important documents
  • Finally, check all the information once and submit the form

  • Enter your login information and click on the login button
  • After that, a renewal form will open before you

  • Upload the important documents
  • Finally, check all the information once and submit the form

  • On the homepage, you are required to click on Students Status
  • Fill Details and click on the Get Students Details button
  • Student’s details will be on your computer screen
  • Check and save it for further use
